Trade Orders Sample Clauses

Trade Orders. All orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court pertaining to any payment of the Loan Parties’ vendors, shippers, or other trade counterparties and all motions and other documents filed, and submitted to, the Bankruptcy Court in connection therewith shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders; [it being understood and agreed that the forms of such orders delivered to counsel to the Required Lenders on [●] are satisfactory to the Required Lenders.]3

Trade Orders. Tranzeo will use all reasonable commercial efforts to have the Cease Trade Orders lifted by each applicable Securities Authority by the Effective Date.

Trade Orders. To the knowledge of the Corporation, no director or officer of the Corporation is, or within the last 10 years has been, a director, chief executive officer or chief financial officer of any company that: (a) while that person was acting in that capacity, was the subject of a cease trade order or similar order or an order that denied the company access to any exemption under securities legislation for a period of more than 30 consecutive days, or (b) was subject to a cease trade order or similar order or an order that denied the company access to any exemption under securities legislation, for a period of more than 30 consecutive days, that was issued after that person ceased to be a director, chief executive officer or chief financial officer, but which resulted from an event that occurred while that person was acting in that capacity.

Trade Orders. No order ceasing or suspending trading in securities of the Company nor prohibiting the sale of such securities has been issued to the Company or its directors, officers or promoters or to any other companies that have common directors, officers or promoters and no investigations or proceedings for such purposes are pending or threatened.
