ORDERING OF TEMPORARY WORK-SEEKERS. The Supplier will have the facility for Hiring Managers to request a Temporary work-seeker via a variety of channels (i.e., via email, fax, telephone or through an electronic booking system) and in a manner which is instantaneous. The Customer shall define the preferred method(s) or format(s) prior to the commencement of the Contract. For Customer locations without internet access, the Supplier shall have a fax and telephone booking system in place. Where telephone charges may apply, these shall not be charged at premium rates and preferably calls shall be charged at a local rate or lower. A booking service is required twenty four (24) hours a day, all year round; staffed inside service hours and automated outside of service hours. Between the service hours of 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public holidays), the Supplier’s booking service response team will be staffed by personnel that are suitably trained and experienced in the System being used. Outside of 9am and 5.30pm (including Public holidays), the Supplier shall have available suitable on call or out of hours arrangements to ensure that a booking service is provided twenty four (24) hours a day, all year round. Ideally this should be the same or as similar (as possible) to the booking service received during normal hours. A telephone booking system will also be available for booking requests made outside regular office hours (to be followed up by electronic or faxed confirmation). Where telephone charges may apply, these shall not be charged at premium rates and preferably calls shall be charged at a local rate or lower. PROVISION OF TEMPORARY WORK-SEEKERS Scope of Temporary work-seekers A wide range of Temporary work-seekers are required by the Customer and the Supplier must be ready and willing to supply all Temporary work-seekers for all and any Assignments as needed by the Customer (and relevant to the Lot which they have been awarded the Framework Agreement) at any time throughout the duration of the Framework.. Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) Appendix 1 (Person specifications) describes the spectrum of the temporary work-seeker roles and job families included, but the Supplier should note that this list is not exhaustive and other roles and job families outside of this list may also be required.
