Order to Work definition

Order to Work means the written notice issued by the Commissioner specifying the time for commencement of the Work and the Engineer, Architect or Project Manager.
Order to Work means a document instructing the construction contractor involved with the Project to commence the performance of the Work, as defined by the City of New York Standard Construction Contract.
