Any opinion of probable construction cost prepared by BARGE represents the judgment of one or more BARGE design professionals and is supplied for general guidance of Client. Since BARGE has no control over the construction marketplace and does not use the same pricing methods used by contractors, BARGE does not guarantee the accuracy of such opinions.
OPINIONS OF CONSTRUCTION COST. Any opinion of construction costs prepared by Xxxxxx and Xxxx, Inc. is supplied for the general guidance of the City of Mission only. Since Melden and Xxxx, Inc. has no controls over competitive bidding or market conditions, Melden and Xxxx, Inc. cannot guarantee the accuracy of such opinions as compared to contract bids or actual costs to the City of Mission.

OPINIONS OF CONSTRUCTION COST. 5.01 Any and all opinions of probable Construction Cost are to be made on the basis of Engineer’s experience and qualifications and represent Engineer’s estimate as an experienced and qualified professional generally familiar with the construction industry. However, because Engineer has no control over the cost of labor, materials, equipment, or services furnished by others, or over contractors’ methods of determining prices, or over competitive bidding or market conditions, Engineer cannot and does not guarantee that proposals, bids, or actual Construction Cost will not vary significantly from opinions of probable Construction Cost prepared by Engineer. If Owner requires greater assurance as to probable Construction Cost, Owner shall employ an independent cost estimator.

Since DLZ has no control over competitive bidding or market conditions, DLZ cannot guarantee the accuracy of such opinions as compared to contractor bids or actual cost to CLIENT.

Since ENGINEER has no control over competitive bidding or market conditions, ENGINEER cannot guarantee the accuracy of such opinions as compared to contract bids or actual costs to CITY.

Any opinion of construction costs prepared by W&R is supplied for the general guidance of the OWNER only, and OWNER recognizes that such opinion is based upon limited information, is intended as an estimate only, and is dependent upon various outside factors. Since W&R has no control over competitive bidding or market conditions, W&R cannot guarantee the accuracy of such opinions as compared to contract bids or actual costs to OWNER, and W&R shall not be responsible for any difference between W&R's opinion and estimated or actual construction costs.
