Examples of Early Termination in a sentence
If an Order Form identifies any free service period, discount or other price break, the Early Termination Charge will include that amount the Customer saved from the usual Charges by reason of the free service period, discount, or other price break.
Persistent failure to comply with the provisions set forth in this Agreement may be treated as a breach of this Agreement and 9.5 [Early Termination for Breach] will apply.
