Actual Costs definition

Actual Costs means any costs, direct losses and expenses (including any loss of revenue) reasonably incurred or reasonably expected to be incurred by the Train Operator including those attributable to limb (f) of a Category 3 Disruption and any increase in Variable Costs but net of:
Actual Costs as used herein shall mean those costs that were reasonably incurred in order to protect the honesty and integrity of the gaming being operated by Tribe under, and to monitor the Tribe’s compliance with, the Compact. Costs incurred in common for more than one tribe shall be allocated among such tribes. For purposes of this Section 13, prior years’ actual costs shall be based on the actual costs incurred for the twelve months ending September 30. Regulatory Fees shall be paid as follows:
Actual Costs means direct and indirect costs which have been incurred for services rendered, supplies delivered, or construction built, as distinguished from allowable costs.

  • If the Work is later determined by the Design Professional to be in fact conforming Work, then Contractor shall be entitled upon timely claim to a Change Order for payment by Owner of any reasonable Actual Costs actually incurred by Contractor in connection with the stop Work order and resumption of the Work, as well as an extension in the time for performance of the Work to the extent Contractor is delayed by Owner's stop Work order.

  • Such Actual Costs shall be at rates not higher than the standard paid in the locality of the performance required by the Contract Documents except upon the prior written consent of the Owner.

  • Maintain cost accounting records on items of Actual Cost and Contingency Costs, including authorized Work performed under unit costs, Actual Costs and Contingency Costs for labor and materials, and other bases requiring accounting records.

  • If the Owner exercises this right and then resumes the Work covered hereby, Contractor shall be entitled upon timely claim to a Change Order for payment by Owner of any reasonable Actual Costs actually incurred by Contractor in connection with the suspension and resumption of the Work, as well as an extension in the time for performance of the Work to the extent Contractor is delayed by Owner's suspension, to include compensation based upon the rate for Time Dependent Overhead Costs.

  • To the extent the Design-Builder's Estimated Cost Component of the Change Order Sum includes estimated Actual Costs for Design-Builder's staff reimbursable under Section 4, Part 4, incident to mobilization of its own forces for Work under the proposed Component Change Order, Design-Builder shall submit as part of its proposed Component Change Order estimated actual costs of staff based upon the initial wage and salary schedule and proposed staffing plans.

Actual Costs means the actual Costs of the Franchisee in the relevant period;

Actual Costs means the actual expenses paid or incurred by Landlord for Operating Costs during any Lease Year of the term hereof.
Actual Costs means the total actual costs and expenses for all Work and services that COMPANY provides in connection with this Agreement.
