Definitions and Accounting Matters. For the purpose of this Agreement, as used herein, the terms defined in paragraphs 10A and 10B (or within the text of any other paragraph) shall have the respective meanings specified therein and all accounting matters shall be subject to determination as provided in paragraph 10C.
