Design Professional means the licensed architect or engineer, and its consultants, retained by the Owner to perform design services for the Project.

Design Professional means the entity defined as an architect and or engineer, or the firm of architects, engineers, or both (and their consultants), which have undertaken to design the Project pursuant to a contract agreement with the Owner.

Design Professional means the person, firm or corporation having a Contract with City to furnish design services for this Project.
