Subconsultant Services. Should CONSULTANT find it necessary or advisable to employ subconsultants for performing services under this Agreement, the following shall apply:
Subconsultant Services. Consultant shall require subconsultants to provide the same supporting documentation, invoices, and receipts as Consultant is required to submit and retain.
Subconsultant Services. City shall reimburse Consultant for approved subconsultant services, which shall be billed at cost, plus a 5 percent markup.
Subconsultant Services. CONSULTANT is directly responsible for any payment for SUBCONSULTANT work on this PROJECT. SUBCONSULTANT work on this PROJECT is included in the Budget Schedule shown above and shall be billed to the CITY by CONSULTANT as part of the Basic Services.
Subconsultant Services. Any subconsultants to be used by Consultant in the performance of the scope of services shall be identified in Exhibit A hereto. Consultant shall obtain the District’s prior written approval before retaining a subconsultant to perform any portion of the scope of services of this Agreement. Notwithstanding Consultant’s use of any subconsultants, Consultant shall be responsible to the District for the performance of its subconsultants as it would be if Consultant had performed those services itself. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to create a contractual relationship between the District and any subconsultant employed by Consultant. Consultant shall be solely responsible for payments to any subconsultants. Consultant shall defend and indemnify the District for any payment, fines or penalties assessed or threatened to be assessed against District as a result of any claim brought by any subconsultant of Consultant for any matter arising from, or related to, the services performed by subconsultant under this Agreement.
Subconsultant Services. Upon written approval of the STATE/CITY/COUNTY and prior to performance of work, the CONSULTANT may subcontract for engineering surveys, materials testing, or specialized professional services. The Division Engineer/City Engineer/County Engineer shall verify qualifications of personnel used by sub-consultant.
Subconsultant Services. Any services to be provided by subconsultants shall be provided for in a subconsultant agreement, which shall meet the written approval of the Owner. The Engineer shall not add a fixed fee on the costs for subconsultant services. All terms of this agreement must be passed on to all subsubconsultant agreements.
Subconsultant Services. The practice of hiring subcontracted specialists when they are essential to the performance of an assignment is permissible. The subcontracted specialist must be included in the Agreement or added by an amendment. Additionally, the hiring of the subcontracted specialist and the amount to be paid must be approved in writing prior to authorization of services. Consultant will be responsible for the management, scheduling and administration of all subconsultants, including invoice processing and payment to subconsultants. Subconsultants must be qualified and have the required licenses to perform all work assigned to them.
Subconsultant Services. The Consultant’s project delivery team includes the following subconsultants: ▪ Alta – Trail Design and associated public engagement ▪ Xxxxxx & Worth (B&W) – Public Involvement ▪ Historical Research Associates (HRA) – Cultural Resource Assessment ▪ Xxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxx – Natural Resource Reconnaissance & Assessment ▪ XxXxxxxx Xxxxxx Associates – Geotechnical Investigations ▪ PBS Environmental – Topographic Surveying, Hazardous Materials Corridor Study Scope of Services Consultant will perform the following services: Task 1 – Project Management Objective: Provide overall leadership and team strategic guidance aligned with City staff objectives. Coordinate, monitor, and control the project resources to meet the technical, communication, and contractual obligations required for developing and implementing the project scope.
