Notice of Change of Shift. Twenty-four (24) hours notice shall be given before change of shift. Failure to provide at least sixteen (16) hours rest between shifts which are being changed shall result in payment of overtime at established rates for any hours worked during normal rest periods.
Notice of Change of Shift. Failure to provide at least sixteen (16) hours rest between shifts which are being changed at the request of the Employer shall result in the calculation of a new rate which shall be one and one-half times (1½X) the appropriate regular rate for the first two (2) hours, and two times (2X) the appropriate regular rate for the remainder of the hours, for any hours worked during such normal rest periods. This rate change shall not be interpreted as time, but only as a rate of pay.
Notice of Change of Shift. The Hospital will endeavour to provide as much notice as is practicable of a change in the posted schedule. Changes to the posted work schedule shall be brought to the attention of the employee. Where less than forty-eight (48) hours notice is given personally to the full-time employee and less than twenty-four (24) hours notice is given personally to the part-time employee, time and one half (1-1/2) of the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate will be paid for all hours worked on the first shift of his/her new schedule.
Notice of Change of Shift. Notice of change of shift shall be forty-eight (48) hours in advance of proposed change.
Notice of Change of Shift. If an employee is not given twenty four hours notice of a change of shift, the employee shall be paid at penalty rates for that shift, this means that both start and finish times have moved. Where an employee is asked to work overtime before the start of their rostered shift, this overtime does not meet the definition of a change of shift as it is in addition to their normal rostered hours.

Each employee who works on a shift shall be given at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice of any change in her shift and if the shift of such employee is changed without such notice having been given except where such change in shift is caused by illness or emergency, she shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half for all time worked by her on a day on which she would normally have been off work had such shift not been changed.

(a) Victim Services The Victim Services Coordinator will adjust their schedule once every fourth month to accommodate the monthly staff meeting with volunteers. There will be a minimum of eight (8) hours between shifts. The Victim Services Case Worker's shifts can be adjusted at the discretion of the Coordinator to accommodate meetings with proper notice.
Notice of Change of Shift. (a) Notice of change of shift will be posted on the staff notice board one week (7 days) prior to the commencement of that shift.
Notice of Change of Shift. At the Company’s discretion, the requirement for overtime rates to be paid in circumstances where the Company provides less than 48 hours’ notice of a change of shift (see Part C, Clause 8 - Duty Rosters) will not apply in the limited circumstance where a flight’s delayed arrival time is in excess of 6 hours after the rostered start time of the Employee’s shift. Notice of Change of Shift. 26.3.1 The Employer shall post on its premises in a place conveniently accessible to employees, a roster of shifts which shall specify the commencing times of ordinary working hours of such shifts, such times being as regular as practicable.
