Notice of Changes Clause Samples

The Notice of Changes clause requires one party to formally inform the other about any modifications or alterations to the terms, scope, or conditions of an agreement. Typically, this involves providing written notice within a specified timeframe before the change takes effect, ensuring both parties are aware and can respond appropriately. This clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes by ensuring that all parties are kept up to date on any changes that could affect their rights or obligations under the contract.
