Meal/Rest Periods All nurses shall receive an unpaid meal period of one-half (1/2) hour. Nurses required to remain on duty or in the Hospital during their meal period shall be compensated for such time at the appropriate rate of pay. All nurses shall receive one (1) fifteen
Additional Rest Periods When an employee performs authorized overtime work of at least three (3) hours duration, the Hospital will schedule a rest period of fifteen (15) minutes duration.
Rest Periods Employees working a full shift will receive one rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in each half of the shift. Employees working less than a full shift, but a minimum of four (4) hours will receive one fifteen (15) minute rest period.
Paid Rest Periods All Employees shall be given a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in the first and second half of their daily shift in an area made available by the Employer. If mutually agreed to between the parties, the two (2) rest periods shall be combined.
Rest Period An employee who works overtime shall have at least a ten hour rest period between the end of ordinary hours on any one day and start of ordinary hours on the next day. If on the instructions of the employer, the employee resumes or continues work without having had 10 consecutive hours off duty, the employee shall be paid double time until he or she is released from duty for ten hour rest period. The employee shall then be entitled to be absent without loss of pay for ordinary working hours occurring during the ten hour rest period. Interest Periods In connection with each LIBOR Rate Loan, the Borrower, by giving notice at the times described in Section 3.1(a), shall elect an interest period (each, an "Interest Period") to be applicable to such Loan, which Interest Period shall be a period of one (1), two (2), three (3) or six (6) months with respect to each LIBOR Rate Loan; provided that:
Duration of normal Interest Periods Subject to Clauses 6.3 and 6.4, each Interest Period shall be:
Interest Period Commencing on the first (1st) Payment Date of the month following the month in which the Funding Date of the applicable Term Loan Advance occurs, and continuing on each Payment Date thereafter, Borrower shall make monthly payments of interest on the principal amount of each Term Loan Advance at the rate set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Number of Interest Periods There may be no more than 6 different Interest Periods for LIBOR Loans outstanding at the same time.
Commencement of Interest Periods The first Interest Period shall commence on the Drawdown Date and each subsequent Interest Period shall commence on the expiry of the preceding Interest Period.
