Change of Schedule. (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.

Change of Schedule. When a change to an employee’s work schedule takes place, the effective date of the new schedule will commence after the employee’s previously scheduled days of rest. Where the employee works his scheduled days of rest, the applicable overtime rates will apply.

Change of Schedule a) The Union will not counsel members against employee input into the scheduling process on the understanding that the schedule of working hours will be posted at least six (6) weeks in advance of the week to which they apply. Changes to the posted work schedule shall be brought to the attention of the employee by personal contact whenever possible.
