New Schedule. Schedule 5.12 to the Credit Agreement is deleted and is replaced by Schedule 5.12 to this Amendment.

New Schedule. It is understood that the descriptions of the Transferred Deposits may not be accurately reflected on one or more schedules provided to the Agent Bank as of Bank Closing. The Receiver, as soon as practicable after Bank Closing, in accordance with the best information then available, shall provide to the Agent Bank an updated schedule reflecting any adjustments of such Transferred Deposits as may be necessary, taking into account differences in accounts, suspense items, unposted debits and credits, and similar adjustments or corrections.
New Schedule. The Schedules to the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by adding the following schedule in appropriate numerical order:
New Schedule. The attached new Schedule 1.15 is hereby added to the Agreement. Such Schedule 1.15 sets forth the initial direct costs as of November 30, 2005 of all Acquired Receivables originated or arising after June 6, 2005. Such Schedule 1.15 will be updated as of the Closing Date as part of the post-closing Updated Schedules in accordance with Section 2(c)(3)(A) of the Agreement.
New Schedule. 2. The Credit Agreement shall be amended by deleting the Schedule 2 attached thereto and replacing the same with the Schedule 2 attached to this First Amendment.
