Length of Warranty. Xxxxx will be obligated to honor the Warranty only if Customer informs Xxxxx of Customer’s problem with the Products or Accessories during the (“TERM”) of the Warranty. The Warranty is valid for the TERM and the TERM is dependent on the product category as defined below. All Digital Check refurbished or exchanged products provided pursuant to this Warranty will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the initial warranty period or, if longer, an additional ninety (90) days.
Length of Warranty. If you are a consumer who purchased the product for use primarily for personal, family or household purposes, this limited warranty starts on the date of purchase and extends for as long as you own the product and the home in which the product is originally installed. If you purchased the product for use primarily for any other purpose, including, without limitation, a commercial purpose, this limited warranty starts on the date of purchase and extends (i) for 1 year, with respect to hansgrohe brand products and commercial products, and (ii) for 5 years, with respect to AXOR products. If Hansgrohe, Inc. is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in timely fashion, Hansgrohe, Inc. may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Length of Warranty. The Lorex warranty covers the Product, for one (1) year from the documented date of purchase. All other components and accessories contained in the original packaging are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the documented date of purchase. The purchase date must be documented with either an original sales receipt from the first retailer selling the Product or by credit card receipts or statements. Lorex’s Obligations Lorex’s obligations under this warranty are limited, at its sole option, either to: Repair the Product found by Lorex to be defective; or Replace parts or, in Lorex’s sole discretion, the Product found by Lorex to be defective. Warranty Limitations, Exclusions & Disclaimers This warranty is invalidated if non-Lorex accessories are or have been used in connection with the Product, or if any modification or repair is made to the Product by any service depot or other person not authorized by Lorex. This warranty does not apply to defects in or damages to the Product caused by (i) negligent use of the Product, (ii) misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, repair or improper installation of the Product, (iii) electrical short circuits or transients, (iv) heat, humidity, moisture or temperatures beyond product specifications (v) use of replacement parts not supplied by Lorex (vi) improper Product maintenance, or (vii) accident, fire, flood or other Acts of God. This warranty does not cover data loss, or costs related to data recovery. Lorex makes no warranty that the software provided with the Product will function without interruption or otherwise be free of anomalies, errors or viruses. This warranty does not cover any costs relating to removal, replacement, or installation of any Product, regardless of whether the Product is found by Lorex to be defective, or software installed on the user’s computer. Length of Warranty. This warranty is effective for a period of 18 months from the date of shipment from Toastmaster, or 12 months from the date of purchase by the End User, whichever is earlier.
Length of Warranty. All Planar Lamp-Based DLP Video Wall products are warranted for two (2) years from the date of shipment from Planar. Lamps are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment from Planar. All accessories, field replaceable units (FRUs), and Indisys integrated components which include, but are not limited to cables, remotes, power supplies, color wheels, and fans purchased at the time of the initial product purchase are warranted for two (2) years from the date of shipment from Planar. Length of Warranty. Length of Warranty. This warranty expires either (a) six months from the date of purchase or (b) after reasonable product service has exceeded the useful life of the bat, whichever occurs sooner. The time limitation in the warranty begins the day the bat is purchased. Without the original receipt from an Authorized ABC dealer, a start date cannot be established.
