Parts and Labor. A Service Agreement shall include all required service parts, travel and labor except as otherwise stated within. Consumable parts, including syringes, tubing, and valves, are not included.

In response to calls placed during the Call Window, Vendor will provide and bear the cost or parts and labor required to maintain the equipment in accordance with the warranty and services provisions hereof, provided that such labor and parts are needed because of normal wear-and-tear. Each part shall meet or exceed the specifications of the manufacturer of the unit in which the part is installed and shall be free of defects.
Parts and Labor. The Agreement is inclusive of all parts and labor as it pertains to the CSO. The cost and purchase of necessary hardware and software is to be borne by the Customer. Sales and other similar taxes, tariffs, or other regulatory or governmental charges, if any, are to be borne by Customer and are not included in Company’s prices.
