Parts and Labor. A Service Agreement shall include all required service parts, travel and labor except as otherwise stated within. Consumable parts, including syringes, tubing, and valves, are not included.

Parts and Labor. In response to calls placed during the Call Window, Vendor will provide and bear the cost or parts and labor required to maintain the equipment in accordance with the warranty and services provisions hereof, provided that such labor and parts are needed because of normal wear-and-tear. Maintenance will include replacement of parts as necessary in order to conform with the warranty provisions hereof. All parts will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be new standard parts; exchanged parts removed from the system become the property of Customer.

Parts and Labor. In response to calls for service, GTE and Switchview shall provide and bear the cost of parts and labor required to maintain the hardware and software in accordance with the provisions in this Agreement or any updated versions of the same. Maintenance includes determining the cause of failure, removing, repairing or replacing parts or software or other elements as necessary in order to conform with the provisions hereof, delivering and reinstalling the parts or software, and placing the hardware or software back into service. All parts shall be furnished on an exchange basis and will be new standard parts or parts warranted as new. Each part shall meet or exceed the specifications of the manufacturer of the unit in which the part is installed and shall be free of defects.
