Local Law. If implied warranties may not be disclaimed under applicable law, then ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to You. This warranty gives You specific rights, and You may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

This includes: (i) all Data Protection Laws applicable to you relating to collection and use of Personal Information by you or your App, (ii) telecommunications laws, (iii) content ratings regulations, (iv) consumer protection and marketing laws, including laws that prohibit direct exhortations to children to buy advertised products, (v) all relevant export control laws, and (vi) tax laws, regardless of the origin of your App. If you are required to make any disclosures to consumers prior to sale or download of the App or In-App Product, you must provide those in the App description field (unless they are provided elsewhere in the Store product description page). Disclosures provided on the Store product description page may include your full contact information and information about in-app purchases available in an App. You must make such notices sufficiently prominent as is required by local law. Your App or In-App Product must be lawfully distributable to all jurisdictions in which you choose to make your App or In-App Product available through the Store, without additional review, approval, license, or technology-based restriction by any governmental entity. You must disclose to Microsoft any controlled technology employed, used or supported by your App or In-App Product, and you must take any action reasonably requested by Microsoft if necessary for Microsoft to comply with its legal obligations. You may not use the Store or any services or tools made available for the development of Apps or In-App Products for, or to permit others to carry out, any illegal activity, including breach of contract.
Local Law. At events held under the Affiliate’s jurisdiction, sanctions shall be effective only to the extent that they are in accordance with local law, even if the Affiliate’s Governing Body has upheld such sanctions.

All activities performed in connection with any of our services shall be deemed to have been performed in the Province of Ontario, Canada. If a nonconforming structure is damaged or destroyed, such nonconforming structure may be restored to its prior legal nonconforming use, provided that such restoration is permitted by the related building code, is commenced within eighteen months of the date of damage or destruction and is diligently prosecuted to completion. 8 Carolinas 7-Eleven Portfolio (25) Local Law Compliance The Mortgaged Properties known as Store Number 46 (105 South Polk Street, Pineville, North Carolina) and (2) Store Number 217 (1700 Windsor Square Drive, Matthews, North Carolina) are legal non-conforming as to use. Store Number 46 is legal nonconforming as to use (gas station), as a gas station requires a conditional use approval by the Town Council and must meet all of the conditions of the applicable provisions of the zoning code. Store number 217 is legal nonconforming as to use (gas station), as the site does not meet the current zoning code conditions for use as a gas station. The applicable zoning ordinance for Store Number 46 provides that if there is damage to the gas station that is more than 60% of its replacement cost, it will only be allowed to be reestablished in accordance with a permit issued by the Board of Adjustment. If the use as a gas station is discontinued for 90 days or more the use will not be allowed to be reestablished. The applicable zoning ordinance for Store Number 217 provides that when a nonconforming structure is damaged by fire, flood, wind, or act of God, the structure may be repaired and restored only to current dimensional limits of the zoning district in which it is located as long as a permit authorizing the reconstruction is issued within one year of the occurrence of the damage, and the reconstruction work has received a Certificate of Completion and/or Occupancy, as appropriate, within eighteen months of the damage. If the Mortgaged Property is totally destroyed it may not be rebuilt as a gas station.

Local Law. GoerTek shall use its best efforts to obtain any consents, approvals, permits or other actions that may be required by any Chinese governmental agency or regulatory body under any Chinese law (collectively, the “Local Law”) to (i) negotiate and close the Manufacturing Agreement; (ii) transfer the Production Equipment to GoerTek; and (iii) hire any Plantronics engineers or other associates. Plantronics shall use best efforts to assist GoerTek in obtaining consent to such Local Law.
