WARRANTY START DATE. Xxxxx provides the Warranties set forth herein commencing upon the earlier of delivery of Modules to the original purchaser thereof or that date which is one hundred and eighty (180) days following the Module manufacture date, as indicated by the serial number [digit no. 7 – 12 (YYMMDD), starting from the left side of the serial number] for such Module (“Warranty Start Date”).
WARRANTY START DATE. The Warranty Start Date is the date of installation of the Product(s) or three months after the delivery (Incoterms 2010) of the Product(s) to the Buyer, whichever date is earlier.
WARRANTY START DATE. Jinko provides the Warranties set forth herein commencing upon the earlier of delivery of a Module to the original purchaser thereof or that date which is one hundred and eighty (180) days following the Module manufacture date, as indicated by the serial number [digit no. 7 – 12 (YYMMDD), starting from the left side of the serial number] for such Module (“Warranty Start Date”).
WARRANTY START DATE. The Warranty Start Date shall be defined as the date of delivery of the Product(s) to the Buyer or 12 months after the date of Product(s) dispatch from Resun Solar sites, whichever date is earlier.
WARRANTY START DATE. The Warranty Start Date for a Module is either the date of purchase by the Customer or twelve (12) months after the date of production as indicated in the serial number (digit numbers 2-5 (YYMM) starting from the left side), whichever date is earlier.
WARRANTY START DATE. This date shall be left blank until the date of Final Completion.
WARRANTY START DATE. Except for items put into use with Developer’s permission with date mutually agreed upon in writing, the date of the beginning of the time of warranty shall be the date of Acceptance.
WARRANTY START DATE. The Warranty Start Date is the earlier of (a) the date of delivery (as per Incoterms 2010) of the SPV MODULE(s) to Purchaser and (b) the date that is six months after the date of shipment of the SPV MODULE(s) from Risen’s production facility.
WARRANTY START DATE. The Warranty Start Date is the date of delivery (Incoterms 2020) of the Product(s) to the Buyer.
WARRANTY START DATE. Subject to the exclusions set forth at Clause 4, Xxxxx provides the Warranty set forth herein for the Goods commencing upon the earlier of (a) the date of installation of the Goods at the Customer’s property or (b) the date which is three (3) months from the date the Goods were delivered by Xxxxx to the first customer.
