JUDGING. All entries will be judged from digital images (JPEG). Digital images on CD are preferred. If, upon delivery, an accepted artwork is found to have been misrepresented it may be disqualified. Each artwork must be represented by a digital photo in JPEG format, with images of all entries copied onto one sin- gle CD. Xxxxxx Xxxxx University’s Department of Art will retain submitted images of accepted entries as part of its permanent collection. The artist must provide a self-addressed, stamped en- velope (SASE) for the return of the Juror Notification. (CDs will not be returned.) Entries must be postmarked by February 24, 2017. All entries must include only the following: a completed Registration Form and Juror Notification, signed Exhibition Agreement, labeled CD or slides, en- try fee and SASE for the return of slides for unaccepted works. Please feel free to make copies and distribute them to other artists interested in submitting artworks to this exhibit. DELIVERY AND RETURN OF ARTWORKS: Entries may be shipped or hand delivered. All works must be received no later than March 20, 2017. The artist is responsible for all shipping costs and in-transit insurance to and from the Department of Art at Xxxxxx Xxxxx University. Shipped art- works must be sent prepaid in substantial, reusable containers. Instructions and payment for return shipping and a self-addressed shipping label should accompany the delivered artworks. (Prepaid UPS or FedEx label for return shipping is required.) Each artist may send a resume and/or brief artist’s statement concerning the accepted work for use during the exhibition. (0­5 points) • Simplicity – Can you explain the value proposition in 2 sentences or less? (0­5 points) • Impactfulness – How impactful can this idea be? (0­5 points); and • Design – Quality of design (0­5 points). • QTUM & Beam Integration – How well was QTUM and/or Beam integrated into the project? (0­5 points). Recusal decisions are final and not subject to appeal. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND VERIFICATION: Potential winners will be announced shortly after the Judging Rounds. The Sponsor may take any actions necessary to verify a team’s compliance with this Participation Agreement before awarding a Prize, including, without limitation, engaging a third party vendor to evaluate the prototype software code and/or requiring a team to provide evidence of permission to use certain third party materials. You understand and acknowledge that even though your team may be announced as a winner, if your team’s compliance with this Participation Agreement cannot be verified to the satisfaction of The Sponsor, The Sponsor will select an alternate winner with the next highest score based on the same judging criteria. JUDGING. A panel of judges will evaluate eligible entries based on overall quality, creativity and how well the photograph portrays Birmingham, AL in relation to the category criteria. The number of works selected in each category will be at the sole discretion of the judges. The entries of the finalists will be featured in a photo exhibit at the Birmingham Museum of Art in October 2021. Entries are void if the panel of judges determines the photograph to not be an original, or if the entries are incomplete, inaccessible or blocked, corrupted, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft. Entries that do not fit in the categories of the challenge or that are partisan-political, contain advertising, nudity, personal attacks, or are otherwise abusive, threatening, unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, libelous, obscene, false, sexually explicit, or that infringe on the rights of any third party shall be deemed ineligible. JUDGING. Notify the HBA if any entry is not to be judged. If no notice is received by the Entrant, all qualified entries will be judged. Homes participating in the Parade for a second or subsequent time are not eligible to be judged. Judging will take place between September 11—13, 2023 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Entries to be judged may either provide a key to the HBA, provide a lock box access code, or simply leave the home open during the applicable judging period. Homes that are not accessible may not be judged. Entrants may pick up any keys at the HBA office after judging has been completed. Virtual Only Entries will not be judged; they are for visual online exposure only. No one is to be in the home during the judging process. Entrants may not confer with the judges at any time. Homes must be ready for judging and considered to be in a safe condition. Homes not presented in such a manner will not be judged. Each entry will be assigned by the HBA to a specific category for judging purposes based on such factors as: single family home or multi family home, overall price, etc. The Entrant must therefore accurately state in the application the specific and total sale price of each entry to include any/all “extras” contained in the home, including the lot.
JUDGING. The final determination of the winners will be made at the sole discretion of NIST. Scores and feedback from NIST will not be shared.

JUDGING. Judges appointed by the Sponsor will determine the winner. Entries will be judged on the basis of the number of points an Applicant earns. Points are earned by submitting a pull request to a properly labeled issue and then having it accepted. The only two valid labels for this Contest are: “good first issue” and “help wanted”. The “good first issue” label is worth 10 points, and the “help wanted” label is worth 15 points. Any one Applicant may only earn points for a maximum of one “good first issue”. The Applicant who accumulates the most points will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the Applicant who submitted their last accepted pull request first will be deemed the winner.
JUDGING. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 3, 2017, from among all eligible entries received by Arizona Central Credit Union, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Winners will be notified by Facebook Direct Message or email. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be sent to the winner within two (2) business days following the drawing.
