Return Shipping. A. The equipment shall be retuned to LDS in the original shipping container designed to safety return this equipment to the LDS facility.

Return Shipping. All packages are returned via Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Unless you have your own FedEx/UPS account number and insurance coverage, PSA will use your credit card for the FedEx/UPS shipping cost. If you are using your own FedEx account and insurance, provide your account number and shipping prefer- ences. For international shipments, the customer is liable for any duties and taxes assessed on the shipment to and from PSA/DNA. Return Shipping Insurance (Required if you do not have your own account with FedEx/UPS and insurance). Insurance is $.50 per $100. If you do not have an account with FedEx/UPS and your glove is worth more than $100, you must calculate fee for shipping insurance.

Vendor acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor Requirements apply to shipping of all returned Product. Regardless of the method of return, Vendor agrees to reimburse Lowe’s for any costs related to the Product return.
Return Shipping. Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of shipment (including transportation, transit insurance, taxes and duties) of any such Deliverable Item to Contractor’s facility, and the cost of packing and return shipment (including transportation and transit insurance) of any such Deliverable Item, once repaired or replaced, to TerreStar at the location designated by TerreStar. Risk of loss for such Deliverable Item shall transfer to Contractor upon delivery by TerreStar of such Deliverable Item to the shipping carrier, and risk of loss shall transfer back to TerreStar for any such Deliverable Item once properly re-installed on-site at the applicable S-BSS location.
