Return Shipping. A. The equipment shall be retuned to LDS in the original shipping container designed to safety return this equipment to the LDS facility.
Return Shipping. All packages are returned via Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Unless you have your own FedEx/UPS account number and insurance coverage, PSA will use your credit card for the FedEx/UPS shipping cost. If you are using your own FedEx account and insurance, provide your account number and shipping prefer- ences. For international shipments, the customer is liable for any duties and taxes assessed on the shipment to and from PSA/DNA. Return Shipping Insurance (Required if you do not have your own account with FedEx/UPS and insurance). Insurance is $.50 per $100. If you do not have an account with FedEx/UPS and your glove is worth more than $100, you must calculate fee for shipping insurance.
Return Shipping. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Invoke, LLC. This number should be clearly written on the label of the box you ship back. See “Return Merchandise Authorization.” The return should be sent freight prepaid by ground service to Invoke, LLC, 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx #000 Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of the ship date. It must be in new condition with all accessories, packing materials, disks, key codes, cards, manuals and any other materials included. Credits/Refunds Please review your order carefully. All payments to Invoke, LLC are final and are non-refundable by Invoke, LLC. General Terms and Conditions Your use of our Services is governed by the Invoke, LLC PSA. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of the Invoke, LLC PSA. Your submittal of any purchase order to Invoke, LLC indicates acceptance of the Invoke, LLC PSA. The terms and conditions of the PSA shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Invoke, LLC. Manufacturer’s Warranty All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty. Any time after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. For extended warranty information, please contact manufacturer. Many problems can be resolved with the assistance of technical expertise from the manufacturer. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Return Shipping. A. LDS provides a special shipping crate to minimize the possibility of shipping damage. The equipment must be returned in this special shipping crate or a lost crate fee will apply. $150/Wood Crate or $1200/Custom Crate.
Return Shipping. Repair or replacement for Products that fail to conform to the warranties in this Agreement shall be at CalAmp’s expense. Customer will return all non-conforming Products to CalAmp FOB (UCC 2-319) Customer’s or End-User’s location. CalAmp will ship all repaired or replacement Products FOB (UCC-2-319) Customer’s or the End-User’s location as specified by Customer. If a Product is returned that conforms to the warranties stated in Section 7.1, then Customer shall promptly reimburse CalAmp for all shipping costs associated with the return and re-shipment of the Product.
Return Shipping. Lowe’s has the right to designate any Product returned to Vendor as F.O.B. Origin, Freight Collect without requiring Vendor return authorization. If Lowe’s elects to return the Product Freight Prepaid, Vendor will, upon demand, reimburse Lowe’s for the actual freight expense. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor Requirements apply to shipping of all returned Product. Regardless of the method of return, Vendor agrees to reimburse Lowe’s for any costs related to the Product return.
Return Shipping. Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of shipment (including transportation, transit insurance, taxes and duties) of any such Deliverable Item to Contractor’s facility, and the cost of packing and return shipment (including transportation and transit insurance) of any such Deliverable Item, once repaired or replaced, to TerreStar at the location designated by TerreStar. Risk of loss for such Deliverable Item shall transfer to Contractor upon delivery by TerreStar of such Deliverable Item to the shipping carrier, and risk of loss shall transfer back to TerreStar for any such Deliverable Item once properly re-installed on-site at the applicable S-BSS location.
Return Shipping. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
