The Company is fast growing and flexibility is important. You shall therefore be required to undertake such other duties as the Company specifies and which are consistent with your position within the Company. The Company reserves the right to require that you do not perform any duties or attend the Company's premises during any period of suspension or whilst you are under notice of termination of your employment provided that you continue to be paid the salary and benefits to which you are entitled under this agreement.

The Employee agrees to abide by the Employer’s rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, including those concerning work schedules, annual leave, and sick leave, as they may from time to time be adopted or modified. The Employee warrants that they are legally allowed to work in the United Kingdom.
