By Agreement if the Distributor and the Retailer agree to the proposed change they will promptly sign a written variation to this agreement documenting the change, and this agreement will be deemed to have been changed on the date the variation is signed by the Distributor and Retailer or on such other date as specified in the variation; and
By Agreement. The School Council and Licensee may terminate this Licence at any time by written agreement.
By Agreement on such other occasions as a Dealer and the Issuer may agree.
By Agreement. Upon the written agreement to terminate signed by all Members at any time during the Initial Term or a Renewal Term; or
By Agreement. The written agreement of the Company and all of ------------ the Stockholders bound by the terms of this Agreement;
By Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated at any time by written agreement between DMW and Retailer. Termination assistance will be applicable only as specified in the written termination agreement.
By Agreement. The parents agree to joint legal decision-making (joint legal custody) and request the Court to approve the joint legal decision-making arrangement as described in this Plan. OR
By Agreement. Where no agreement is reached, by determination of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission in accordance with the Disputes Resolution Provision.
By Agreement. The School Council and Licensee may terminate this Licence at any time by written agreement. School closure or amalgamation The School Council may terminate this Licence with 3 months' Notice to the Licensee in the event that the School closes down or amalgamates with another school.
By Agreement. The Partnership may indemnify Partners and their officers, employees of the Partnership, or duly appointed officers of the Partnership to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law pursuant to a written agreement approved by the General Partner.
