Internet Connections. The Company may choose to utilize, at their own expense, a public Internet connection through an Internet Service Provider ("ISP"). The Company may use this Internet connection for development and/or conformance purposes and/or production purposes.
Internet Connections. The Service may have the ability to connect over the Internet to transmit data to and from your computer. For example, the Service may (a) display a screen giving you an option to receive and display at your computer certain sales promotions, or (b) download updates or upgrades to the Service to keep the product up to date. Even if you agree to install the Service, no transmissions to or from the Internet will occur without your indicating your permission and in accordance with TABS’s then current Privacy Policy.
Internet Connections. Client will provide dedicated, unrestricted, business class DSL or business class cable services. Ethernet handoff to be implemented into a Marathon owned and operated firewall/router. Client is responsible for premise wiring to facilitate connectivity from the Marathon firewall to the desktops. Two jacks are required for each employee station. Location of jacks is dependent upon build out of facilities. Minimum requirements include bandwidth requirements of 5 mbps connection (up/down), and 5 static publicly addressable IP addresses.
Internet Connections. Computer systems shall not be connected direct to the Internet or ‘untrusted’ systems unless protected by a firewall (a software based personal firewall is the minimum) which is acceptable to the Authority’s Principal Security Advisor.
Internet Connections. If we provide you a circuit, then we are responsible for contracting with the carrier and getting the circuit to your facility. Once it hits the outside of the building, additional wiring (Inside Wiring or IW) may be required. You may have your contractor do this, or we're happy to have our contractor do this, all at your cost. We will provide equipment to connect to this circuit. If you've purchased it, it will NOT have a Login asset tag, and is yours. If you have not purchased it, it WILL have a Login asset tag, and is our equipment. Our equipment is not to be touched without our staff explicitly requesting that it be touched. It must be on a UPS. If you do not have one, please let the sales staff know during the sale, and one will be provided along with the equipment. At the end of the contract term, that equipment must be returned within 30 days or it will be billed at full replacement value with new equipment. Really we'd rather you just return it. How you use it, when you use it, or whether you use it are entirely your business. The only exception is covered below under "What not to do." VoIP If we provide you phones we will configure them. We will have a meeting with you to go over the call routing flow and we will diagram it for you and have you sign off on it. We will then implement it. We will work with you (for free) making sure that the system we deliver meets that diagram's description. If you want changes, we will do so AFTER the initial implementation is complete. The only exception is that we may limit or prohibit international dialing without a separate agreement and/or a deposit. If someone uses your phone, you are responsible for the charges, no exceptions.
Internet Connections. Nuance does not and cannot control infrastructure outside of the Hosted Services Infrastructure. Licensee’s connections to the internet and/or to telecommunications networks may be impaired or disrupted independent of Nuance. Although Nuance will use commercially reasonable efforts to take all actions it deems appropriate to remedy and avoid such events, Nuance cannot guarantee that such events will not occur. Accordingly, Nuance disclaims any and all liability resulting from or related to such events.

Gateway to Gateway VPN- A GW-to-GW VPN is a virtual network built on top of existing physical networks that can provide secure communication mechanisms for data and information transmitted between networks. It allows agencies to use their existing high-speed internet connection to access the state network. All VPNs must encrypt their data communications. XX-XX VPN from agency to the MSP cost is $1,548 annually and billed quarterly at $387. There is a one-time setup fee of $306 for new XX-XX VPN connections. SecurID Token (RI-092C)- A SecurID token provides two-factor authentication and allows a user to access the MiCJIN portal over the internet from any location as allowed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, and is issued to a specific person, and is not to be shared with other users. A SecurID token is a small, approximately one square inch in size, key fob that displays six digits that change every minute, synchronizing with a server at the state. The current cost for a SecurID token is $11 per month, per token. SecurID tokens are also available with Live Scan client VPN for $19 per month. The cost is $11 per month for the token and $8 per month for the client VPN that allows the user to transmit fingerprints to the MSP. Live Scan Information: Types of Live Scan Configurations:
