Hour Telephone Banking. Telephone transfers are those services that allow you to transfer funds between your accounts by use of your telephone. This includes the use of our automated 24-Hour Telephone Banking service and requests you make by telephone to one of our associates. Once enrolled for 24-Hour Telephone Banking, you may access specified account(s) by touch tone phone 24 hours a day at 0-000-000-0000 using your account number(s) and a personal identification number. Our associates are available during our normal banking hours at the telephone number listed on your bank statement and at the end of this disclosure. At present, you may use these services to:  Obtain balance and account history information about your checking, savings, and loan accounts;  Transfer funds between checking and savings accounts;  Transfer funds from lines of credit to checking or savings accounts; or  Make payments from checking or savings accounts to loan accounts with us. Limitations on Frequency and Amount of Transfers - Please see the section Limitations on Transfers for important limitations that apply to savings and money market accounts. Fees – There is no fee for the use of our automated 24-Hour Telephone Banking service. There is a $2.00 Telephone Transfer of Funds Fee for each transfer request when you call and speak to an associate directly. Card Services - Once requested, you may access or inquire about the funds in your specified account(s) by using a Prairie State Bank & Trust Debit Card and/or Prairie State Bank & Trust ATM Card (collectively “Card”). Using your Card at an Electronic Fund Transfer Terminal (“Terminal”), you may do the following:  Obtain account balance information about your checking or savings account(s);  Make deposits to checking or savings account(s);  Get cash withdrawals from checking or savings account(s);  Transfer funds among checking and savings account(s); or  Access your checking account(s) to purchase goods or services in person, by phone or by computer; or get cash from a merchant, if the merchant permits; or do anything that a participating merchant will accept (these types of transactions are commonly known as Point of Sale “POS” transactions). Some of these services may not be available at all Terminals or merchants, or with all Cards. Hour Telephone Banking. Xxxxx Fargo’s 24-Hour Telephone Banking” means both the automated and agent- or operator-assisted toll-free telephone banking customer service that Xxxxx Fargo provides to its consumers 24 hours per day for conducting banking transactions and obtaining information.
Hour Telephone Banking. If we approve 24-Hour Telephone Banking for your accounts, a separate personal identification number (PIN) will be assigned to you. You must use your personal identification number (PIN) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use 24-Hour Telephone Banking to: - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, loan, money market, and club accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, loan, money market, and club accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, loan, money market, and club accounts. - Access your MasterCard and Home Equity Line of Credit account. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Obtain tax information on amounts earned on savings and checking accounts or interest paid on loan accounts. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. - Make cross member transactions to accounts you are joint on. Your accounts can be accessed under 24-Hour Telephone Banking via a touch-tone telephone only. 24-Hour Telephone Banking service will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. The following limitations on 24-Hour Telephone Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call.

  • Telephone Services All telegraph, telephone, and communication connections which Tenant may desire outside the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord, except that such approval is not required as to Tenant’s cabling from the Premises in a route designated by Landlord to any telephone cabinet or panel provided for Tenant’s connection to the telephone cable serving the Building, so long as Tenant’s equipment does not require connections different than or additional to those to the telephone cabinet or panel provided. As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Telephone Service Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary:

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Telephone Calls Calling, Monitoring and Recording‌ For our mutual protection, and to enable us to provide better service to you, we may monitor and/or tape-record any of our telephone conversations.

  • Telephone Monitoring You agree that Chase and its third-party service providers may listen to and record telephone calls as part of providing program services.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.
