Telephone Services definition

Telephone Services means telephone response ser- vices to provide callers with immediate information, counseling, support and referral and to screen for situations which require in− person responses.
Telephone Services means services which allow the Client to effect transactions in Investments through the telephone or mobile device on either an automated (IVR) or dealer assisted basis; and “User ID” means a unique combination of letters and/or numbers as selected by a Client and which can be used to identify the Client and/or the Client’s transactions.
Telephone Services means local and long distance telephone and related voice services offered by the Business.

The rent payable for Property 1, 2, and 3, and the fees payable for the Facilities Services, have been arrived at by reference to the prevailing market data and conditions relating to similar premises in the nearby districts. The Board (including the Independent Non-executive Directors) is of the view that the Agreements are entered into in the ordinary and usual course of the respective businesses of the Company and TVB.COM, on normal commercial terms which are fair and reasonable and in the interest of the Company and its shareholders as a whole.
