Basis Points definition

Basis Points means an arithmetic expression of a percentage measured in hundredths of a percent (i.e. 50 Basis Points equals one half of one percent).

Basis Points for the purposes of this Note, shall mean the percentage points added to LIBOR for purposes of determining the rate of interest this Note shall bear for any Interest Period.
