Final Amount definition

Final Amount means the amount determined by the Authority, and notified to the Licensee, having taken into account any adjustment (to the amount otherwise set out in Table B for that Relevant Year t -1) resulting from:
Final Amount means with regard to any Recipient, such number of shares of Restricted Stock Units (“RSUs”) as specified in each Recipient’s Award Notice, times the applicable multiple factor determined under the Performance Measures at the end of the Performance Period.
Final Amount means an amount owing by either Party to the other Party under this EPA, including as a result of a breach of this EPA, where such amount: (a) is undisputed by the Party owing such amount; or (b) has been finally determined by an arbitration award under section 14.5(a) or by a court order and all rights of appeal in respect of such award or order have been exhausted or have expired.
