Using Your Card. You understand that the use of your credit card or credit card account will constitute acknowledgement of receipt and agreement to the terms of the Credit Card Agreement and Credit Card Account Opening Disclosure (Disclosure). You may use your card to make purchases from merchants and others who accept your card. The credit union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. In addition, you may obtain cash advances from the Credit Union, from other financial institutions that accept your card, and from some automated teller machines (ATMs). (Not all ATMs accept your card.) If the credit union authorizes ATM transactions with your card, it will issue you a personal identification number (PIN). To obtain cash advances from an ATM, you must use the PIN issued to you for use with your card. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Even if you use your card for an illegal transaction, you will be responsible for all amounts and charges incurred in connection with the transaction. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.

Using Your Card. You may use your Card to make purchases from merchants and others who accept VISA Cards. However, you may not use your Card to initiate any type of electronic gambling transaction through the Internet. Your Card may not be used for any illegal transaction(s). If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card member security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. In addition, you may obtain cash advances from Credit Union and from other financial institutions that accept VISA Cards, and from some automated teller machines (ATMs). (Not all ATMs accept VISA Cards.) To obtain cash advances from an ATM, you must use the Personal Identification Number (PIN) that is issued to you for use with your Card. You will hold in strict confidence the Account number and any PIN to be used with the Card. You will notify Credit Union immediately of the loss or theft of the Card or PIN.
Using Your Card. You may use your Card to pay for goods and services anywhere VISA debit cards are accepted. Some of these services may not be available at all terminals. You may use your Card to purchase or lease goods or services wherever the Card is honored as long as you do not exceed the value available on your Card. You are responsible for all transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your Card. If you permit someone else to use your Card we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be responsible for any transactions initiated and fees incurred subject to such use. If you do not have enough value loaded on your Card you can instruct the merchant to charge a part of the purchase to the Card and pay the remaining amount with cash or another card. These are called “split transactions”. Some merchants do not allow cardholders to do split transactions. Some merchants will only allow you to do a split transaction if you pay the remaining amount in cash. If you use your Card number without presenting your Card (such as for a mail order or telephone purchase), the legal effect will be the same as if you used the Card itself. Your Card cannot be redeemed for cash. You may not use your Card for any illegal transactions, nor may you use your Card at casinos, or for gambling activity. You should keep track of the amount of value loaded on Cards issued to you. You may view the amount of value remaining on your Card by logging into your Card Account at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or by calling the Customer Service number shown on your Card and listed below at any time to obtain the current value associated with Card. Call toll-free 0-000-000-0000, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for the balance or if you have questions on Card usage. Each time you use your Card, you authorize us to reduce the value available on your Card by the amount of the transaction and any applicable fees. You are not allowed to exceed the available amount on your Card through an individual transaction or a series of transactions. Nevertheless, if a transaction exceeds the balance of the funds available on your Card (creating a “shortage”) you shall remain fully liable to us for the amount of the transaction and any applicable fees or charges. You agree to pay us promptly for the shortage and any applicable shortage fees. We also reserve the right to cancel this Card should you create a shortage with your Card.
Using Your Card. Immediately sign the signature panel on the back of your Card upon receipt of your physical Credit Card. The Card must be signed in order to be valid. Once signed, you can purchase or lease goods and services from any merchant who honors your Card, and you may obtain cash advances from financial institutions and ATM machines that accept the Card, up to your maximum credit limit. You agree not to present your Card or obtain a cash advance for any extension of credit in excess of your available credit limit; however, if you do exceed your credit limit, you agree to make immediate payment sufficient to bring the balance below the credit limit. Certain purchases and cash advances require authorization prior to completion of the transaction. In some cases, you may be asked to provide identification. If our system is not working, we may not be able to authorize a transaction, even though you have sufficient credit available. Also, for security reasons, we may block the use of your Card in certain countries or geographic areas. We will have no liability to you or others if any of these events occur. for the refusal of any plan merchant or financial institution to honor your card. Additionally, we are not responsible for the refusal of any plan merchant or financial institution to honor your card. Personal Identification Number (PIN). We may issue a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use with your Card. This PIN is confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone. You may use your PIN and your Card to access your account, and all sums advanced will be added to your account balance. In the event a use of your PIN constitutes an Electronic Funds Transfer, the terms and conditions of your Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement may affect your rights. Promise To Pay. You promise to pay us in U.S. dollars for (a) all purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers made by you or anyone whom you authorize to use the Card; (b) all Interest Charges and all other charges or fees; (c) collection costs and attorney's fees as permitted by applicable law, and any costs incurred in the recovery of the Card; and (d) credit in excess of your credit limit that we may extend to you.
Using Your Card. You must activate the Card prior to use by calling the customer service number shown on the Card. Your Card may be used everywhere MasterCard debit cards for purchases of goods and services (including internet, mail and phone order purchases), subject to the limitations in this Agreement. If you make a purchase without presenting your Card (such as for internet, mail or phone order purchases), the legal effect will be the same as if you used the Card itself. If you do not have enough funds available on your Card, you can instruct the merchant to charge a part of the purchase to the Card and pay the remaining amount with other funds. These are called “split transactions,” and some merchants do not permit them. You may not use your Card to obtain cash at an automated teller machine (“ATM”) or at merchants that have agreed to provide cash back at the point-of-sale (“POS”). You cannot reload the Card or transfer Card value to other payment devices. You agree that you will: (i) not use the Card at gambling websites or for any illegal transactions; (ii) promptly notify us of any loss or theft of the Card or unauthorized transactions; (iii) not use the Card for business purposes; and (iv) use the Card only as permitted by us. The Card may not be accepted by certain merchants whose goods or services are not legal for minors. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe violates the terms of this Agreement. The Card itself may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for all transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your Card. If you permit another person to have access to your Card or Card number, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions incurred by those persons. You may not request an additional Card for another person. For security reasons, we may limit the number or amount of transactions you can make with the Card. You do not have the right to stop payment on any purchase or payment transactions that you originate through the use of the Card. You may not make preauthorized regular payments from your Card.

You should also write down the card number as well as the Customer Service Number on a separate piece of paper in case the card is ever lost or stolen. These Terms and Conditions may change as required by law. You will be deemed to have accepted the Full Card terms of this Agreement if you do any of the following: (a) use the Card or (b) activate the Card. Please sign the back of your Non-Reloadable Prepaid Card immediately upon receipt. Your 360FCU Visa Gift Card is issued by 360FCU and may be used for purchases at most merchants where Visa Debit is accepted. The Card may not be used for recurring payments, non-financial money exchange establishment, gambling establishments; and some merchants such as airlines, hotels, rental car agencies or “pay at the pump” gasoline. (You may purchase gas by presenting the card to the attendant). Some merchants, like restaurants, may attempt to submit authorizations against the Card for an amount greater than the actual purchase amount. If a merchant attempts an authorization greater than the balance remaining on your gift Card, it may be declined. This 360FCU Visa Gift Card is not a credit Card and may not be reloaded. You may only use it when there is a balance remaining on the Card and only up to the amount left on the Card. Purchases will be deducted from your 360FCU Visa Gift Card until the value reaches zero. If a transaction initiated by you exceeds the remaining balance on the Card, you must tell the merchant before completing the transaction. Any transaction attempted for more than the amount available on the Card will be declined. Therefore, you must know the amount available on your Card and inform the merchant to process the transaction in that amount. You must pay the difference with another form of payment. If you are given value through the use of the Card greater than the balance remaining, you will pay us on demand the amount by which your transactions exceeded the balance remaining on the Card.
