Entitlement to Personal Leave. A. A member of the Employee Unit shall be granted upon request, three (3) unrestricted days of personal leave per year without loss of salary to attend to personal matters.
Entitlement to Personal Leave. Employees are entitled to personal/carer’s leave under this Agreement, from the date of lodgement of this Agreement, in accordance with the AFPCS. An Employee, other than a casual Employee, shall be entitled to paid personal carer’s leave of 1/26th of their nominal hours worked per annum (ie ten (10) days per year).

Entitlement to Personal Leave. An employee (other than a casual employee) who has a personal leave credit: 8.3.1.1 Is entitled to take personal leave if the employee is too sick to work; or 8.3.1.2 Who is on annual leave, is entitled to take personal leave if the person is too sick to work for a period of at least 3 consecutive days. Personal leave so taken does not count as annual leave.
Entitlement to Personal Leave. 8.2.1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, who is absent from work on account of personal illness or on account of injury by accident is entitled to leave of absence without deduction from the employee’s ordinary rate of pay on condition that:

Full time and part-time employees are entitled to Personal Leave without loss of pay when absent due to: 🟋 Sick Leave - personal illness or injury; or �� Carers Leave - for the purpose of caring for an immediate family or household member that is sick and requires the employee's care and support; or 🟋 Xxxxxxxxxxx Leave - the bereavement of the death of an immediate family or household member.
Entitlement to Personal Leave. 28.1.1 All Personal Leave entitlements will be in accordance with the NES.
Entitlement to Personal Leave. A full time permanent employee is entitled to 15 days full pay personal leave at the commencement of their first 12 month period of service and then further credits in subsequent years on a fortnightly basis at the rate of 15 days for each full year. A part-time employee is entitled to similar credits on a pro-rata basis. A casual employee is entitled to two days unpaid carer’s leave as required. An employee is entitled to accumulate any unused personal leave and to use accumulated full pay personal leave, sick leave or carers leave if needed for absence due to personal illness or injury (sick leave) or for care and support of their immediate family or a person for whom the employee has caring responsibilities (carers leave). The entitlement to use carer's leave is subject to the employee being responsible for the care of the person concerned. Personal leave may be taken for periods of less than one day and may be used to attend medical appointments and medical screening tests. Rostered staff on approved Personal Leave will be paid at their base ordinary rate of pay for the period of the rostered hours for which they are absent.
