Personal Leave Days. Section 1. All employees after completion of six (6) months of service shall be entitled to receive personal leave days in the following manner:

Personal Leave Days. 8.4.1 Personal leave days are provided so that full-time, twelve (12) month faculty and faculty assigned to work forty (40) hour work weeks totaling fifteen-hundred sixty (1,560) hours per year (three-quarter [3/4] time) may have paid time off to attend to or care for personal matters.
Personal Leave Days. The University shall grant each member of the bargaining unit three (3) personal leave days in each calendar year. These days cannot be saved or banked. They will be taken at a time mutually agreeable between the Employee and the University. In approving such leave departmental operating requirements shall be the major consideration. Permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. These days do not affect the vacation or sick leave credits.
Personal Leave Days. 1. Personal leave days to a maximum of two (2) days per year will be granted to a 12 month employee to attend to personal or business affairs. Unused personal leave days that are not used by the end of one year shall be added to the individual's total accumulated sick leave bank.
Personal Leave Days. All employees shall be granted three (3) personal leave days. Employees shall notify their Supervisor at least 24 hours in advance. All persons will be allowed to carry over one Personal Business day into the next year for a total of four (4). No more than three (3) consecutive days shall be allowed to be taken off at one time.
Personal Leave Days. 48.1: Employees shall be entitled to four (4) personal leave days per year. Personal leave days shall not accumulate from year to year.
Personal Leave Days. Each teacher shall be allowed up to three personal leave days each school year. The days are to be taken with the approval of the principal.
Personal Leave Days a. Three (3) personal days shall be granted during the contractual year upon request to the building principal without loss of compensation for such absence. A reason must be given unless the employee considers it extremely personal to indicate otherwise. This request shall be made to the building principal and should be requested at least twenty-four (24) hours before the affected date except in an emergency (an event occurring within 24 hours of the start of the requested leave). Such personal leave days shall be allowed to accumulate to four (4) days. No more than three (3) such days can be used consecutively. Such unused leave shall be added to the accumulated sick leave days prior to the beginning of the next school year. The School Board and the Association mutually agree that personal leave days should not be used for the purpose of extending the length of scheduled vacations.
Personal Leave Days. The Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of personal leave days per year, at such reasonable times as the Board shall in its discretion permit.
