Employment Insurance Premium Reduction. 7.4.1.1 It is understood that payments made toward the aforementioned benefit plans shall permit the School Division to retain and not pass on to teachers any reduction of premiums otherwise required under Employment Insurance Commission regulations.
Employment Insurance Premium Reduction. 34.01 The Employer shall retain the full amount of any premium reduction (representing a savings in employer premiums) allowable on employment insurance premiums by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) which is granted as a result of the benefits covering Employees to which this Collective Agreement applies.

Employment Insurance Premium Reduction. 42.01 The Employer shall retain the full amount of any premium reduction, allowable under the Employment Insurance Premium Reduction Program which is granted as a result of the benefits covering Employees to which this Collective Agreement applies.
Employment Insurance Premium Reduction. 27.06 The City shall make the necessary, proper and timely application for a reduction in Employment Insurance premiums according to the terms and provisions of the Employment Insurance Act as amended from time to time. The Member's portion of any reduction so provided shall be retained by The City for the purposes of reducing the cost to each Member of the Association for dental and Extended Health Care Benefits, provided to the Association in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Employment Insurance Premium Reduction. The bargaining unit Employer agrees that five-twelfths (5/12ths) of the Employment Insurance Premium Reduction will be paid back to the employee annually, where applicable.
Employment Insurance Premium Reduction. It is agreed that the Hospital shall be entitled to retain one hundred percent (100%) of any employment insurance premium reduction or rebate toward off-setting the cost of benefits provided by this Agreement. Upon written request, the Hospital shall disclose to the Union the amount of Employment Insurance premium reduction or rebate annually after approval from Human Resources Development Canada.
Employment Insurance Premium Reduction. The employees’ share of the Employer’s Employment Insurance (EI) reduction will be retained by the Employer towards offsetting the cost of the benefits contained in this Agreement. Sick benefits will only cease at date of layoff or termination of employment if the disability started within two (2) months of the date of layoff or separation and notice of layoff or separation was given prior to the occurrence of the disability. Otherwise, payment of sick leave benefits will continue after layoff or termination until the lesser of the duration of the disability or the exhaustion of the paid sick bank, or seventy-five (75) days. Employment Insurance Premium Reduction. 41.4 The College shall annually apply for the Employment Insurance Premium Reduction and shall, within seven (7) days, forward a copy of said application to the Union.
