The Disability Sample Clauses
The Disability clause defines the rights and obligations of the parties if one party becomes disabled and is unable to fulfill their contractual duties. Typically, this clause outlines the process for determining disability, such as requiring medical certification, and specifies the consequences, which may include suspension of obligations, reassignment of duties, or termination of the agreement. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for handling situations where a party's disability impacts contract performance, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes.
