Employment Insurance. Employment insurance coverage will be provided during the life of this agreement for regular and auxiliary employees who would, if employed by a private employer, be eligible for such coverage under the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act.
Employment Insurance. All employees shall be covered by the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act.

Employment Insurance. Employment Insurance (EI) pays a total of sixty-one (61) weeks of EI parental benefits, which may be taken by either adoptive parent, or can be shared between them. Where EI benefits are shared, in most instances only one waiting period is required to be served.
Employment Insurance. Employment Insurance coverage will be provided (the Employer paying the employer’s contribution) during the life of this Agreement for employees who would, if employed by a private employer, be eligible for such coverage under the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act.

Employment Insurance. All employees shall be covered by the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act, and the Employer agrees that no further certificates exempting employees from coverage under the Act shall be issued.

If and when this sick leave gratuity plan qualifies for any reduction in premiums payable for Employment Insurance, all such reductions shall accrue to the credit of the Employer and employees shall not be entitled to claim any portion of such reduction as a result of other benefits received.
