Disposal Location. The Contractor shall select the final disposal site for all Acceptable Waste and Yard Waste materials. The Village shall have the right to designate an alternative disposal location. If the Village changes the final disposal site resulting in an increase or decrease of costs, the Village or the Contractor shall have the right to renegotiate the rates for collection services described in this Agreement.

  • Co-Location 1. Each Party shall ensure that major suppliers in its territory provide to suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party physical co-location of equipment necessary for interconnection or access to unbundled network elements on a timely basis and on terms, conditions and at cost-oriented rates that are reasonable and non-discriminatory.

  • Scaling Location Forest Service shall provide Scaling services at the Scaling site(s) shown in A10. The Scaling site(s) shown in A10 normally will be a non-exclusive site where more than one National Forest timber sale Purchaser may be served. Purchaser may request, in writing, an alternate Scal- ing site, such as at a private mill yard, private truck ramp, or a privately operated log transfer facility.   • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.
