Delivery Location definition

Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
Delivery Location has the meaning given in clause 4.2.
Delivery Location means the location specified in the Quotation to which Sartorius shall procure the delivery of the Goods.

Examples of Delivery Location in a sentence

  • Delivery is completed on the completion of unloading of the Hardware at the Delivery Location.

  • Seller bears all risk of loss or damage to the Goods until delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Location, unless otherwise set forth on the face of the Order.

  • Title passes to Buyer upon delivery of the Goods at the Delivery Location.


More Definitions of Delivery Location

Delivery Location means the address for delivery of the Goods, as set out in the Contract Details;
