  • Upon satisfactory completion of the inspection, L▇▇▇▇▇ shall execute the required Acceptance Certificate (in form of attached as Appendix A (Acceptance Certificate) on or prior to the Final Delivery Date (the “Acceptance”) while the Engine is located at the Delivery Location.
