Disposal Sites. Contractor shall be responsible for identifying and using proper disposal sites, including obtaining all necessary approvals from the appropriate Governmental Entity. Contractor shall not dispose of any material on Authority property without written authorization from the Authority.
Disposal Sites. Except as set forth in Section 4.16 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Seller or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, no Acquired Subsidiary has received any written request for information from a regulatory agency with respect to a disposal or contaminated site.
Disposal Sites. CWM shall dispose of all MSW and Special Wastes at disposal sites either owned or affiliated with CWM. Alternate disposal sites may be used at the sole discretion of CWM, and CWM will use best efforts to ensure that fees at the alternate disposal sites are advantageous to all parties. All sites shall be certified and approved by such regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the facilities being used by CWM.

(i) such place shall be outside the CITY, and
(ii) such removal and disposal shall comply with all requirements imposed upon the removal and disposal of Green Waste so that such removal and disposal will be credited to the maximum extent possible under State law to CITY’s obligations under AB 939 and any other State laws or regulations to reduce solid waste.

Neither VG or any VG Subsidiary has received any written Notice, nor does VG or any VG Subsidiary have knowledge of any facts which could reasonably be expected to give rise to any Notice, that VG or any VG Subsidiary is a potentially responsible party for a federal, provincial, state, municipal or local clean-up site or corrective action under any Laws, Regulations, Orders or Permits. Except as listed in Section 3.12 of the VG Disclosure Schedule, neither VG nor any VG Subsidiary has received any written request for information in connection with any federal, provincial, state, municipal or local inquiries as to disposal sites or generation or transportation of hazardous substances, or otherwise.
Disposal Sites. In the case of disposal of wastewater treatment sludge, prior to the use by the Provider of a new or alternate disposal site, both Parties must agree upon and approve the use of the disposal site selected. The Environmental Coordinators after consulting with their respective corporate or divisional environmental functional heads, or, if necessary, the Technical Committee, shall give such approval.

The Disposal Site for the MSW collected in the City of Petersburg shall be Meridian Waste’s Tri City Regional Landfill and Transfer Station located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. If during the Initial Term and any Extension Term of this Contract, the Contractor is unable to dispose of Petersburg’s MSW at Meridian Waste’s Landfill or Transfer Station, Contractor shall transport and dispose of Petersburg’s MSW at a properly permitted and compliant Disposal Site under terms agreed upon between the CVWMA, Contractor and the City of Petersburg.
