Disposal Sites. Neither VG or any VG Subsidiary has received any written Notice, nor does VG or any VG Subsidiary have knowledge of any facts which could reasonably be expected to give rise to any Notice, that VG or any VG Subsidiary is a potentially responsible party for a federal, provincial, state, municipal or local clean-up site or corrective action under any Laws, Regulations, Orders or Permits. Except as listed in Section 3.12 of the VG Disclosure Schedule, neither VG nor any VG Subsidiary has received any written request for information in connection with any federal, provincial, state, municipal or local inquiries as to disposal sites or generation or transportation of hazardous substances, or otherwise.
Disposal Sites. Except as set forth in Section 5.16 of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Purchaser, neither Purchaser nor any of the Purchaser Subsidiaries has received Notice that Purchaser or any of the Purchaser Subsidiaries is a potentially responsible party for a federal, state, provincial or local clean-up site or for corrective action under any Environmental Law. Except as set forth in Section 5.16 of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Purchaser, neither Purchaser nor any of the Purchaser Subsidiaries has received any written request for information from a regulatory agency with respect to a disposal or contaminated site.

Except as set forth in Section 4.16 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Seller or Xxxxxxx, no Acquired Subsidiary has received Notice that any Acquired Subsidiary is a potentially responsible party for a federal, state, provincial or local clean-up site or for corrective action under any Environmental Law. Except as set forth in Section 4.16 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Seller or Xxxxxxx, no Acquired Subsidiary has received any written request for information from a regulatory agency with respect to a disposal or contaminated site.
Disposal Sites. Attached hereto as Schedule 3.11(b)(x) is a complete list of the names and addresses of all disposal sites currently utilized by Seller.
Disposal Sites. 1. Contractor shall maintain letters issued by the applicable regulatory agency in granting a Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) Part B Treatment Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) permit and all other applicable permits to the corresponding treatment, incineration, or landfill sites. The Contractor shall transport Home generated Hazardous, RCRA, and Universal wastes only to treatment, incineration, or landfill sites in accordance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations.
2. Contractor shall provide the Home with certificates of destruction or treatment from the corresponding recycling, incineration, treatment and/or disposal sites within thirty (30) days of disposal.
Disposal Sites. Schedule 6.11.2 sets forth a true and complete list and description as of the date of this Agreement of all disposal sites used in the Gramercy Operations since January 1, 1994, whether or not located on any Gramercy Real Property.
Disposal Sites. (1) All solid waste, other than recyclable materials, shall be delivered to a site permitted by state regulatory authorities or in a way consistent with State law.
(a) No hot ashes or currently burning material shall be accepted at disposal site.
(2) The disposal site shall be maintained and operated in a safe and sanitary condition and in compliance with the minimum functional standards of the State of Oregon.
(3) The franchise holder may make reasonable charges for depositing solid waste by other persons at the disposal site, which charges shall be subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners of Umatilla County.
(4) Any person arriving at the disposal site with solid waste for deposit which is not adequately covered to prevent any portion of the load from falling or blowing off the vehicle will be required to pay a surcharge of Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars in additi8on to the regular fee for depositing solid waste at the disposal site.
Disposal Sites. A refuse depository, including but not limited to, sanitary landfills, transfer stations, incinerators, and waste processing/separation centers licensed, permitted, or approved by all governmental bodies and agencies having jurisdiction and requiring such licenses, permits, or approvals to receive refuse and dead animals for processing or final disposal.

CONTRACTOR shall provide the removal and disposal of Refuse which is not Green Waste at a place and in a manner to be determined by CONTRACTOR, provided such place shall be outside of the City of Palos Verdes Estates. CONTRACTOR shall provide the removal and disposal of Green Waste at a place and in a manner to be determined by CONTRACTOR, provided, however, that
(i) such place shall be outside the CITY, and
(ii) such removal and disposal shall comply with all requirements imposed upon the removal and disposal of Green Waste so that such removal and disposal will be credited to the maximum extent possible under State law to CITY’s obligations under AB 939 and any other State laws or regulations to reduce solid waste.
Disposal Sites. All of the solid waste collected by the Contractor shall be processed or disposed of at a duly licensed and permitted solid waste management facility.
