Data Center Location definition

Data Center Location refers to the physical location (s) of the ORock Infrastructure ordered by Customer. The Data Center Location applicable to the Services is set forth in the Order(s).
Data Center Location means – when the WAN is configured according to a hub-and-spoke network topology – the hub Location from which the Branch Office Locations that are directly connected thereto branches out. The Data Center Location is the central Location where the WAN traffic that Branch Office Locations transmit to each other intersect.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.
