Project Location definition

Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
Project Location means the area identified by the SPD, comprising village(s), Tehsil(s)/Taluk(s) and District(s) within a State, where the Project is being implemented.
Project Location means an individual Right-of-Way location (typically Street, Alley, Sidewalk, Intersection, or Path) identified to make up a whole Project;

Examples of Project Location in a sentence

  • Lessee shall be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage to the Project Interest or the Project Location resulting from the removal of any Severable Improvement.

  • The Lessee shall keep the Project installed, at the Project Location (specified in the applicable Schedule) and shall not move or change such Project Location without the prior written consent of the Lessor.
