Franchisee shall deliver collected Franchise Material collected by Residential Customers to the Designated Disposal Facility or the appropriate Processing Facility for Processing.
If FRANCHISEE determines that material placed in any Container for collection is Hazardous Waste, or other material that may not legally be accepted at the Disposal Facility or one of the Processing Facilities, or presents a hazard to FRANCHISEE'S employees, the FRANCHISEE shall have the right to refuse to accept such material.
