Consultation Committee. (a) The Union and the CMPA-BC agree to establish a Consultation Committee which shall meet as required but not less than once every six (6) months during the term of this Agreement to review the operation of this Agreement.
Consultation Committee. On the request of either party, the parties shall meet for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
Consultation Committee. 27.01 The Board and the Association agree that the Consultation Committee shall meet not less than once a term during each school year.
Consultation Committee. On the request of either party, the parties shall meet at least once every two (2) months until this Agreement is terminated for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
Consultation Committee. In order to promote the free flow of information among the Union, the District, and the Board, the Union and the District agree to establish a Consultation Committee composed of three representatives of the Union selected by the Union, and the Superintendent or designee, and the District’s Maintenance Director. The Consultation Committee shall meet at mutually agreed upon times as needed, to discuss matters of mutual concern.
Consultation Committee. 10.01 Each Party will appoint representatives to a Consultation Committee which will meet monthly during the term of the Agreement about issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any Employee bound by the Agreement.
Consultation Committee. A Consultation Committee may be formed to provide a forum for public agencies and private entities to provide input on matters affecting the Authority. The charter for this committee, including the manner in which it conducts itself, will be established by the Board, and described in the Bylaws.
Consultation Committee. To facilitate the harmonization and integration process of the programs and the operation of the Agreement, the Parties shall create a Consultation Committee composed of one representative from each of the Parties. This Consultation Committee shall meet as needed to ensure timely and effective consultation in support of the objectives of this Agreement. The representatives of each Party on the consultation committee are presented in Annex 1. The Consultation Committee shall:
Consultation Committee. The Union and the Employer agree not to alter, amend or misinterpret any section, article addendum or letter of understanding, unless, expressly agreed to by the Employer and the Union. The Committee meetings shall be held at the workplace. The specific date(s) for the meetings will be arranged by the local management and the shop stewards. The meetings will normally be scheduled to start at 3:00 p.m. Each party will be responsible to inform the other as to the agenda items as far in advance as is reasonably possible to do so. The number of attendees will normally be a maximum of three (3) from each party. No union member on the Consultation Committee will lose any wages or benefits as a result of time spent on the committee.
Consultation Committee. The committee shall be a forum for discussions between the Company and employees and their nominated representatives of any matters, including but not limited too; • Company policies and procedures • Fatigue Management principles • Alcohol and Drugs • Home depot basic amenities The rules of the committee operative at the date of lodgement of this Agreement shall be adhered to for the life of this Agreement and these rules can be varied during the life of this Agreement only by agreement. The Company and the employees agree that training for members of the committee and open sharing of information are vital for the effectiveness of the committee.
