Operation of this Agreement. (a) This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties about its subject matter. Any previous understanding, agreement, representation or warranty relating to that subject matter is replaced by this Agreement and has no further effect.
Operation of this Agreement. This Agreement shall take effect on and from the date of this Agreement. The parties must execute and enter into this Agreement prior to any Construction Certificate issuing for the Development.
Operation of this Agreement. (a) Any provision of this Agreement which is unenforceable or partly unenforceable is, where possible, to be severed to the extent necessary to make this Agreement enforceable, unless this would materially change the intended effect of this Agreement.

The parties must execute and enter into this Agreement as soon as possible after the Development Consent is granted and prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate for the Development that relates to works contained in DA-325/2020.
