Local Management. All levels of Management on each individual national forest, Civilian Conservation Center, regional office, research station, Washington Office, technology and development center, or any other Forest Service unit for which NFFE is the exclusive representative.
Local Management. Without prejudice to the generality of Articles 82 and 83 the Directors may establish any committees, local boards or agencies for managing any of the affairs of the Company, either in the State or elsewhere, and may appoint any persons to be members of such committees, local boards or agencies and may fix their remuneration and may delegate to any committee, local board or agent any of the powers, authorities and discretions vested in the Directors with power to sub-delegate and any such appointment or delegation may be made upon such terms and subject to such conditions as the Directors may think fit, and the Directors may remove any person so appointed, and may annul or vary any such delegation, but no person dealing in good faith with any such committee, local board or agency, without notice of any such removal, annulment or variation shall be affected thereby.
Local Management. 101. The Board of Directors may from time to time provide for the management and transaction of the affairs of the Company in any specified locality, whether in Israel or abroad, in such manner as it thinks fit, and the provisions contained in the next following Article shall be without prejudice to the general powers conferred by this Article on the Board of Directors.
Local Management. A. Permittee shall continuously have in charge a competent and experienced manager who shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Permittee under this Permit. The Permittee shall at all times provide the Commission in writing the name, e-mail address, mailing address and telephone number (for emergency contact) of each manager.
Local Management a. There will be no changes to the day-to-day management and operation of the UIL Utilities as a result of the Proposed Transaction.

Local Management. If the matter is still not resolved the unit manager will discuss the issue with the Operations Manager or his/her representative. At this stage a response will be generated (in writing or otherwise) to the dispute or grievance, outlining the action taken and reasons why the proposed solutions were or were not implemented. This response should be given directly to the original employee(s) concerned and should be within three working days (maximum) of the commencement of this step.

The Board may establish local or divisional boards, agencies or branch offices for managing the affairs of the Company in a specified locality, either in the United States or elsewhere, and may appoint persons to be members of a local or divisional board, agency or branch office and may fix their remuneration. The Board may delegate to a local or divisional board, agency or branch office any of its powers, authorities and discretions for such time and on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit. The Board may grant to such local or divisional board, agency or branch office the power to sub-delegate, may retain or exclude the right of the Board to exercise the delegated powers, authorities or discretions collaterally with the local or divisional board, agency or branch office and may authorise the members of a local or divisional board, agency or branch (or any of them) to fill a vacancy or to act despite a vacancy. The Board may at any time revoke or alter the terms and conditions of the appointment or delegation. Subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Board, the proceedings of a local or divisional board, agency or branch office with two or more members are governed by those Articles that regulate the proceedings of the Board, so far as applicable.
Local Management. 18. AltaGas will make reasonable efforts to retain Washington Gas’s existing executive management team to manage Washington Gas’s business and, as available, provide guidance to AltaGas’s other U.S. regulated utility businesses. The executive officers of Washington Gas will maintain their Primary offices in the Greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and the Washington Gas CEO will reside in Washington Gas’s service territory. The Washington Gas CEO will have the same authority as under the current Washington Gas authorized approval levels. After Merger Closing, Washington Gas’s CEO will be a member of the AltaGas Executive Committee, and Washington Gas’s CEO and CFO shall meet with XxxxXxx’s CEO and CFO at least monthly and have direct and frequent access to AltaGas’s CEO, CFO, and other members of AltaGas’s senior management team. This is intended to ensure that XxxxXxx’s CEO and senior management team is kept informed about important matters affecting Washington Gas.
