No Other Agreement. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be required or permitted to make a written or oral agreement with the Employer or its representatives which may conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
No Other Agreement. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, this Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations and discussions relative to the subject matter hereof and is a full integration of the agreement of the parties.
No Other Agreement. The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement with any employee or group of employees which conflicts with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
No Other Agreement. Executive shall have no employment contract or other written or oral agreement concerning employment with any entity or person other than the Bank during the term of his employment under this Agreement.
No Other Agreement. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be required or permitted to make a written or oral agreement with the College or its representatives which may conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
No Other Agreement. Prior to the Expiration Date, the Stockholder shall not enter into any agreement or understanding with any Person to vote or give instructions in any manner inconsistent with the terms of this Section 3.
No Other Agreement. Recipient acknowledges that this Agreement is solely for the purpose of establishing the confidentiality of the Information and does not grant Recipient any exclusive or other rights in connection with the purchase of Owner’s Asset.

No faculty member covered by this agreement shall be required or permitted to make a written or oral agreement with the University or its representatives which may conflict with the terms of this agreement, unless mutually agreed to by both parties to this agreement. Said specific variance shall be in writing and shall clearly state that the letter of agreement is made without prejudice to the collective agreement.
No Other Agreement. No employee shall make a written or verbal agreement with the Board or its representatives which conflicts with the terms of this Collective Agreement.
