Construction Document Preparation. Prepare construction documents and specifications to allow bidding and construction of the Phase 1 site improvements as determined by the budget and Client approved site plan. Provide specific facility plans to construct new improvements within the Park as follows:
Construction Document Preparation. The Engineer will prepare construction plans and technical special provisions for this project. Construction plans will include plan and profile sheets for all proposed pipelines at 1 inch = 20 feet horizontal scale and 1 inch = 2 feet vertical scale, as well as detail sheets necessary to provide a complete depiction of the work to be performed. Construction quantities and removal quantities will be included on the construction plans. Construction plans will be prepared using the City’s standard plan sheet border, drawing format, and CAD standards. Where City CAD standards are not available or applicable, Engineer’s CAD standards will be used. Based on the standard City plan sheet border, progress plans will be plotted at 22”x34” (full scale) and 11”x17” (half scale – exact scale). Final bid mylars will be plotted at 24”x 36” with an oversize border (to accommodate the 22”x34” sheet). All drawings will be prepared using Autodesk Civil 3D (AutoCAD) 2019 format. Specific construction document preparation scope of work tasks are as follows:
Construction Document Preparation. The approved Design Development documents provide the basis for the Construction Documents phase, which sets forth in detail the requirements for construction. The Architect will prepare Construction Documents consisting of drawings and written specifications setting forth in detail the construction of the Project, and including any required engineering disciplines, i.e., structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. In addition, the project specifications are completed and all requirements for submittal to the appropriate permitting jurisdictions are completed. Any final document revisions as directed by the CM will be accomplished during this phase following CM reviews at various stages of completion.
Construction Document Preparation a. Prepare construction documents and specifications for Phase I to allow bidding and construction of site improvements as determined by the budget and Client approved site plan. b. Provide specific facility plans to construct new improvements within the Park as follows: 1) Provide overall site layout plans with key site plan information. 2) Provide demolition plan for the demolition of the existing on-site improvements, including removal of existing known utilities, fencing, landscaping, and pavement/gravel to facilitate construction of proposed improvements. The demolition plan will include civil-related infrastructure and franchise utilities based on best available information. 3) Provide a paving and dimensional control plan indicating paving types, locations, and dimensions necessary to construct the site improvements. It is understood all vehicular use areas will be hard surface paving. Halff will rely on the geotechnical report provided by the Client for pavement types, reinforcement and joint spacing. This task does not include preparation of a jointing plan. Joint spacing will be specified in the geotechnical report and construction details. 4) Provide layout plans, details and specifications necessary for the construction of flatwork in the pedestrian plaza areas and pedestrian path from the parking to the proposed ball fields. 5) Provide new parking layout and striping and signing plans, details, and specifications for up to 120 new parking stalls located in convenient proximity to the proposed ball fields. 6) Provide an overall grading plan for the project site with minimum one (1) foot contours and vertical information necessary for construction. 7) Provide detailed grading plans, details, and specifications for three (3) proposed youth ball fields, parking, entry road, playground, pavilion and proposed prefabricated restroom/concession building. 8) Provide site storm sewer plans with information necessary for construction of the proposed park drainage improvements. It is assumed that detention and floodplain mitigation have been provided per the approved drainage report and plans prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ in 2020 and that no additional detention or floodplain mitigation volume will be required. Upon completion of the proposed grading plan, Halff will verify floodplain cut/fill numbers to confirm the design is in compliance with the floodplain mitigation volumes provided in the 2020 plans. If it is determined, during design and/or permitting, t...

Project plans will include at least the following plans and information:  Title sheet and Site Information sheets showing the location of the facility, the legend, background engineering and survey data and index for the plan sheets.  General development plans depicting surface water drainage features, stockpile locations site borrow and site restoration plans.  Stormwater and Erosion Control construction BMP requirements.  Existing Conditions plan  Base grading plansLayout plan showing proposed base liner system, leachate drainage and collection features.  Leachate lateral drainage collection details  Leachate sump and side slope riser system installationDetails showing temporary berms, liner tie-ins, base liner system, and leachate collection systems.  Landfill access road plans and details.  General development plans depicting waste movement requirements and surface water control.  Existing Conditions plan showing the approximate liner repair location and most recent waste depths  Geocomposite repair and cover soil placement directives  Details showing base liner and geocomposite and lateral drainage layer systems.  Construction coordinates and 3D surfaces will be provided. SEH will also prepare project specifications which include the bidding documents and the technical specifications. The bidding documents will include, but not be limited to: the advertisement, bidding instructions and forms, simple contract, performance and payment bond forms, non-collusion affidavits, and general and supplementary conditions of the contract. The technical specifications will identify the general requirements for completing the work including a work summary, measures of payments, project meetings, submittals, material and equipment, health and safety, and contract closeout. In addition, the technical specifications will include the following sections required to complete the work during construction: 1. Site Preparation and grading 2. Trenching, backfilling, and compaction 3. Site Grading 4. Clay liner base grade preparation 5. Leachate Drainage Layer
Construction Document Preparation. As soon as practicable following lease ----------------------------------- execution, Architect together with the Engineers will prepare and deliver to Landlord and Tenant one reproducible copy of the Construction Documents for the Premises apiece.
