Such Construction Documents and Specifications shall be developed from the Schematic Plans and Design Development Documents approved by District. The Construction Documents and Specifications shall set forth in detail all of the following: (1) the Project construction work to be done; (2) the materials, workmanship, finishes, and equipment required for the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems; and (3) the utility service connection equipment and site work.
Construction Documents and Specifications. 4.2.1 Drawings must be done on CAD in accordance with County Standards.
4.2.2 Provide working drawings for all applicable disciplines including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
4.2.3 Provide technical specifications Divisions 1 through 16. County will furnish the Division 0 bid documents and general conditions.
4.2.4 Attend pre-bid walk through and address bidders’ questions.
Construction Documents and Specifications. Work to be performed within this phase includes preparation of landscape architectural construction drawings and coordination with civil engineering. This work will be based upon selected schematic design elements.
Construction Documents and Specifications. 1. Submit one (1) review set, hard copy, at the 95% completion of Construction Documents Phase.
2. The design review set should clearly define the general scope of work for the project, including all items that have a major impact on the project’s budget, mechanical and electrical systems, etc. It is imperative that all consultant work must be 95% complete at the time of the review submittal.
3. Design shall include coordination, to protect the integrity of the design and facilitate construction with all required Manufacturers, Consultants, Utility Companies, Governmental Authorities and MPS.
4. Determine time requirements for obtaining any equipment and services for coordination issues.
