CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. General Conditions.
CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. A. The contract includes housing and meal service for the entire academic year (fall semester and spring semester), and housing during the summer term if selected, or the term that the student is enrolled in the university. There is not a “fall only” contract option. Contract that begin spring semester include only the spring semester. The contract begins the Wednesday prior to the first day of fall semester classes for newly admitted freshmen and transfer students, and the Friday prior to the first day of fall semester classes for all other students. Room and meal plan charges will be adjusted on a prorated basis when a student contracts later than the tenth day of classes.
CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. 6 The articles and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding agreement 7 ("Agreement") by and between the Governing Board of the Shasta-Tehama-Trinity Joint 8 Community College District ("Board") and the Shasta College Faculty Association/CTA/NEA 9 ("Association"), an employee organization.
CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. 3.1 The Theatre will pay the SND a fee in the amount of 50% of the gross revenue from the performance. The Theatre will provide SND with revenue report no later than seven days after the performance. The Theatre will pay the fee to the SND upon invoice issued by the SND and no later than 15 working days after the date of issue stated on the invoice.
CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. This Agreement is entered into on the first day of July 2020, and constitutes the understandings between the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx Board of Education and the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx Association of School Administrators. Hereinafter the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx Board of Education shall be referred to as the "Board" and/or the “Employer” and the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx Association of School Administrators as the "Association."
