Project Plans definition

Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
Project Plans means documents developed by an architect, an engineer, the Agency, or another design professional, which are attached hereto as Exhibit B, that provide detailed instructions on how the Construction Services are to be performed. In the event that Project Plans contain drawings or other documents too large to attach in Exhibit B, Vendors can obtain copies in accordance with Section 9 of these Specifications.
Project Plans means the plans describing the Services to be performed by Lonza under this Agreement, including any update and amendment of the Project Plan to which the Parties may agree from time to time. The initial Project Plans are attached hereto as Appendix A.

More Definitions of Project Plans

Project Plans means, with respect to a Farm Project, the plans and specifications for the construction and equipping of such Farm Project, as the same may be revised from time to time in accordance with the Project Documents and the Loan Documents.
Project Plans means a detailed depiction of the Redeveloper’s proposed Project, or individual Phase or Subphase thereof, and shall include all submission requirements for making application to the Planning Board pursuant to the City’s existing Subdivision and Site Plan application procedures and this Redevelopment Plan.

Project Plans means the plans, scope of work, designs, specifications, Act 2 Clean-up Plan or other similar documents, as may be applicable, reviewed and approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection that describe the work to be performed to complete the Project.
