Work Summary a. Upon request by AT&T, Contractor shall provide a Work Summary as such term is defined immediately below.
b. A Work Summary is a set of documents which will allow AT&T to understand the Work in progress at a Site, including the anticipated costs to leave the Site as is or continue Work until a logical stopping point is reached. Work Summaries, when requested, shall be due to AT&T within thirty (30) calendar days of being requested in writing by AT&T. THE COMPANY HAS REQUESTED AN ORDER FROM THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (THE “COMMISSION”) GRANTING CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT TO SELECTED PORTIONS. ACCORDINGLY, THE CONFIDENTIAL PORTIONS HAVE BEEN OMITTED FROM THIS EXHIBIT, AND HAVE BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION. OMITTED PORTIONS ARE INDICATED IN THIS EXHIBIT WITH “*****”.
c. Work Summaries shall include:
1. A description of the Work and cost estimate to continue Work until the next Paypoint and Non-Paypoint Milestone is reached;
2. A description of the Work and cost estimate to preserve Work in progress should AT&T elect not to allow Work to continue to the next Milestone;
3. Listing of any agreements affected by a proposed termination or Suspension, together with recommended steps to eliminate or mitigate costs to AT&T;
4. Cost to complete Delivery of the Site;
5. Such other information as AT&T may request.

Work Summary. Deliverables will vary and are to be agreed upon between Simply Good and/or MAVRCK and the Influencer. Influencer agrees to the following: ● Influencer agrees that Simply Good maintains the rights to boost/white list content on Influencer’s channels and on Simply Good’s channels. ● Influencer will keep social posts up for at least one (1) year from the date of post (unless SGF requests that Influencer remove such post). ● Influencer agrees that Simply Good maintains the rights to repost, link, and share content on owned social channels. ● Influencer will include a disclosure that Simply Good is a paid partner, sponsoring their posts; ● Influencer hereby warrants that it has the full right and authority to grant the right granted herein to Simply Good and that the use of services of Influencer and materials produced hereunder shall not violate the contractual or other rights of any third parties; ● Influencer will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, orders, ordinances, ethical codes and ethical guidelines, including but not limited to the FTC Guides Governing Endorsements and Testimonials, including prominently posting that blogger is paid by Simply Good.
Work Summary. Influencer is required to perform the following Services: • Influencer will create and publish one (1) in-feed Instagram post and three (3) Instagram story frames. • Influencer agrees to submit draft content via Mavrck, the influencer software platform through which Influencer was recruited, by February 19, 2020. • Influencer agrees to post approved content on Instagram by February 28, 2020. • Influencer must include the following hashtags in their in-feed Instagram posts and Instagram story frames: #ad and #AtkinsNewYear • Influencer will received one (1) $200 VISA e-gift card in exchange for performing the previously stated Services.
