All of the foregoing shall be open to inspection and subject to audit and/or reproduction by the Authority and/or its agent and/or its authorized representative to the extent necessary to adequately permit evaluation and verification of (a) Contractor compliance with all requirements of the Construction Contract Documents, and (b) compliance with provisions for pricing change orders, invoices or claims submitted by the Contractor or any of his payees.
