The Budget definition

The Budget means the authority’s Budget set out in Chapter 3, Part 3, or set by Council.

The Budget means the approval or adoption of the allocation of financial resources to different services and projects, proposed contingency funds and decisions relating to the control of the Council’s borrowing requirements, the control of its capital expenditure and the setting of virement limits.
